IOCL DUMAD – P-366 LUBE OIL CONSOLE AND CW CONSOLE

Lube Oil Console and Cooling Water (CW) Console, designed to support critical operations in industrial environments. The Lube Oil Console ensures the reliable supply and circulation of lubricating oil, maintaining optimal performance and protection for machinery. The CW Console efficiently manages the cooling water system, regulating temperature and preventing overheating of essential equipment. Both consoles are engineered for durability and precision, integrating advanced controls and safety mechanisms to meet the rigorous demands of the industry. These systems are pivotal in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations at the IOCL Dumad site.

IPRS SKIDS

GEMS has designed, manufactured, and installed an Industrial Pressure Reducing Skid with capacities ranging from 500 to 10,000 SCMH. These skids operate with inlet design pressures of 19-49 Bar and outlet pressures of 2-4 Bar. They include features such as metering, remote monitoring, gas detection, and canopies. With five installations across India, GEMS serves Gujarat Gas Ltd as a key customer.

ODORIZATION SKIDS

GEMS has designed, manufactured, and installed a Chemical Injection Skid with capacities ranging from 100 to 1000 liters and design pressures up to 30 Bar. These skids feature metering, remote monitoring, gas detection, and canopies, among other options. With over 200 installations across India, GEMS serves an extensive client base, including major companies like IOCL, BPCL, MRPL, Torrent Gas, Beren Gas, Chart Industries, IGL, MNGL, and Adani.
