Umesh Whig, the Managing Director of General Energy-Management Systems (GEMS India) and a key strategic partner of GEMS Gulf, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of rich experience and entrepreneurial acumen in the energy sector. Since the inception of GEMS India in 1999, Umesh has been at the forefront of the company’s evolution, guiding it with a clear vision and steadfast dedication. His leadership has been pivotal in establishing GEMS India as a comprehensive provider of products and services across the oil, gas, and energy industries.
Faizi Mohsini
( Chief Executive Officer, GEMS Gulf Dubai)
Faizi will be leading the GEMS Gulf General Trading Co LLC, as its Chief Executive Officer based out of Dubai, UAE catering to the ME&A region. He has rich experience spanning three decades from his leadership roles at Boeing, Honeywell Aerospace and General Electric (GE). He has a vast range of industry experience crossing various sectors, like Aerospace, Space, Defence, Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Mining, Marine, Renewables and Energy Storage.
In his last assignment at Boeing Defence India, he served as Vice President (Services) based out of India and prior to that at Honeywell Aerospace as Country Head for Defense & Space business for India and neighboring countries. At General Electric, he worked for 14 years where he held many leadership positions in different business verticals.
